Alexa Endres (Kutztown University, Shawnee HS) scored in stoppage time to give Fever SC a 1-1 tie at Hershey FC last night. After a quiet first half for both teams, Hershey scored midway through the second half to go up 1-0, before Endres scored off a direct kick from Nicole Palmer (UNC Charlotte, Neshaminy HS) that was kept alive by Emily Wilkinson’s (LaSalle University, Council Rock South) strong presence in the air. Wilkinson won multiple head balls before Endres sent her volley into the back of the net with seconds left in the game. Fever SC play a friendly tonight (Thursday 6/16) vs. Flames at Bensalem Community Park at 6:30 PM. Next WPSL game is Sunday June 19 at 3:00 PM at Torch FC. Next WPSL home game is Wednesday, July 6th at 6:30 vs. Hershey FC at VE Soccer Club, 130 Davisville Road, Warminster PA.
